The rooftop area offers stunning views of the surroundings.
My stay was overshadowed by constant renovation noise, which made it hard to relax. The furniture in my room felt shabby and worn out. I also struggled with leaks in the taps, adding to the overall discomfort.

The coffee at the cafe was a delightful way to start the day! Plus, the fresh culinary options nearby, like Adriatico and La Postal Bucerias, kept our taste buds dancing. The staff were impressive in handling our requests.
While the lively ambiance next to the lobby cafe was entertaining, the constant clatter made it tough to relax in our room. With no comfortable seating and only a hard wooden bench, it wasn't easy to unwind after a long day.

The older rooms have a quirky charm, and the rates make them affordable for a decent stay. The hotel environment gives a sense of local character-a nice touch amidst the hustle of vacation life.
The building clearly needs some serious TLC. Rooms had persistent issues-a leak in the taps, uncomfortable beds that dampen relaxation, and a faint, musty odor from the air conditioning. The lack of basic kitchen utensils in the kitchenette really limits practical use.

The pool was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after exploring the area. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach and bustling local markets. However, I faced some major issues with my room. I booked a kitchenette, but my room had nothing useful, not even a coffee pot. Instead of the promised pool view, I stared at a retaining wall just a foot away from the window. The room felt outdated and wasn’t as clean as I expected. Additionally, communication with the staff was frustrating. they didn’t resolve my concerns. Nice pool and location, but prepare for a letdown with some room specifics.

The hotel had a charming atmosphere and a
wonderful location just a block away from the beach. The staff, especially Maria, were friendly and made our stay special. The rooftop deck offered nice views, although some rooms could use updating. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The location is perfect. we explored the nearby beach and hit local galleries. The hotel offered a nice pool setting, which was great for chilling after our excursions. If you're looking for a budget-friendly place that’s close to everything, this is it. Service was solid, making our stay enjoyable.
We faced an issue with the shower head in our room. It could really use an upgrade for a better experience.

It was just a reliable pick for a whistle-stop in Bucerias with good value for price. The pool area was a great spot to unwind after exploring the busy local markets. Bring your own kitchen essentials as some may be missing.
